We provide an online introduction service between garden owners and gardeners.

2. How does gardendone.com work?

We take away the problems of arranging a regular gardener to your property. Simply login to Gardendone.com, tell us a little about your project and some contact details and we'll provide you with an experienced, vetted gardener who can work in your area.

3. How experienced are the gardeners?

Typically we look for gardeners with over 2 years experience. Our 'Gardener in chief' interviews every applicant asking a series of scenario based questions, we also check the serviceability of their equipment and tools.

4. Can i trust the gardener?

We carry out the highest level of checks to ensure we only recommend gardeners who can prove they have more than 2 years gardening experience and give us 2 customer recommendations. Our 'Gardener in chief' interviews every gardener and inspects their equipment and tools to ensure you get the right levels of service.

5. How do I pay?

Payment is made online. We take a £10 deposit to secure your booking, then the balance is taken after the date and time of your booking.

6. Do I need to be there?

If you have provided instructions in your booking and your gardener can access your garden, there's no need for you to be there. However we always recommend meeting your gardener on the first occasion even if you have provided instructions. This just helps the gardener understand where everything is and give you the assurance they'll be delivering a good job.

7. Do gardeners bring their own equipment?

Yes. All our gardeners have the most up to date equipment such as petrol rotary lawnmowers, hedge trimmers, strimmers and leaf blowers. They must also have their own hand tools such as a lawn rake, weeding hoe - all the usual stuff you'd expect an experienced gardener to have.

8. What happens after my booking is confirmed?

Once you have confirmed your booking, we'll ask for a £10 deposit. Once we have taken this payment you'll receive an email notification confirming your booking time, date and gardener. Then leave the rest to us.

9. Can I cancel my booking?

Yes. All we ask is that you give us 24 hours notice prior to your booking time and we will refund your deposit.

10. What services will the gardeners provide?

Our gardeners are qualified and experienced in all areas of garden maintenance such as lawnmowing, hedge trimming, weeding and general garden maintenance. However they are not insured to carry out specialist landscaping work such as high level tree surgery, hard landscaping or building work.
